Fruit Suit ENGLISH

Fruit Suit is worked top-down. The suit is worked back and forth on a circular needle in stockinette stitch following the charts. Rib is worked along the front edges to form button bands, with buttonholes worked along the way. Short rows are worked at the top of the yoke to raise the back of the neck. The sleeves and legs are worked in the round on DPNs or using Magic Loop.

The pattern will be sent as a PDF file in English, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish to your email.

Size Guide
Fruit Suit is designed to have a positive ease of approx 6–10 cm [2⅜–3⅞”].

Example: If the child (regardless of age) has a chest measurement of 42 cm [16½”], size 3-6 months is chosen, which has a finished chest circumference of 49 cm [19¼”].

All children are different. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a size based on chest measurement, not age. If in doubt, or if the child’s chest measurement falls between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size. The child’s chest is measured under the arms at the widest point.
